These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of QuietSub ("the app"), operated by DJUMP, MB. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

QuietSub helps you track recurring subscriptions, receive renewal reminders, and view spending analytics. You may use the app for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the app's functionality
• Abuse the service by submitting excessive or automated requests
• Share your account credentials with others

2. Accounts

You may create an account using email/password, Google, or Apple Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You can delete your account at any time through the app's Settings.

3. User-Entered Data

Subscription data in QuietSub is entered manually by you. We do not verify the accuracy of subscription prices, renewal dates, or other information you provide. You are responsible for keeping your subscription entries up to date. Renewal reminders are based on the dates you enter and may not reflect actual billing dates from your service providers.

4. Free and Premium Plans

QuietSub offers a free tier with limited functionality (up to 5 subscriptions, basic reminders) and a Premium subscription ($2.99/month) with unlimited access and additional features.

• Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's subscription settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies

5. Intellectual Property

QuietSub and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DJUMP, MB. Your subscription data remains yours.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. QuietSub is a tracking tool and does not guarantee the accuracy of spending calculations, renewal date predictions, or reminder delivery. Always verify renewal dates directly with your service providers for critical cancellations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DJUMP, MB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to missed renewal reminders, unexpected charges, or inaccurate spending calculations.

8. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
